The San Diego Police Division in California launched bodycam footage exhibiting officers tasing an alleged intercourse assault suspect on July 7. When officers arrived on the scene for an alleged sexual assault name, the suspect allegedly took out a knife when officers approached him. A foot pursuit started when the suspect fled after being tased by the officers. In the course of the pursuit, officers shot at and missed the suspect after he pulled out his cellphone, which was mistaken for a gun. Finally, officers apprehended the suspect and took him into custody. The person was handled for minor accidents earlier than being booked into San Diego Central Jail on two fees of assault.
